  • approximately 10 chicken wings, cut in half
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. rice flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 egg

    Grate onion, ginger and garlic to suit your taste.

    Soak wings in mixture for 20 minutes or more and deep fry in vegetable oil at 350° to 375° for approximately 10 minutes.
