Spinach Casserole

  • 2 - 10 oz. boxes frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can water chestnuts (sliced and drained)

Directions

    Mix the soup mix, sour cream and water chestnuts together. Fold thawed spinach in with the mixture.

    Pour into a two quart dish and bake in a 325° oven for 30 minutes.

    Serves 6-8.
