- 3/4 c. cooking sherry
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 lb. chicken wings
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients together and simmer for 15 minutes. Bake wings at 325° for 45 minutes.

2Pour away juice and grease. Pour sauce over chicken.

3Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 325°. Baste occasionally.
