  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. cooking sherry
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 5 lb. chicken wings

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients together and simmer for 15 minutes. Bake wings at 325° for 45 minutes.

    Pour away juice and grease. Pour sauce over chicken.

    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 325°. Baste occasionally.
