  • 2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 2 small onions, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 3/4 c. melted butter

    Cook and drain the spinach.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Let stand overnight. Shape into balls.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve warm (can be reheated in microwave).
