  • chicken wings
  • soy sauce
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pat butter for each wing

    Cut off tips of wings and cut wings in halves.

    Place in a single layer in a baking pan.

    Cover with soy sauce to about 1/2 inch.

    Add Worcestershire sauce.

    Place a pat of butter on each. Bake in a slow oven, 300° to 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes, turning at least once.

    Serve as an appetizer, hot or cold.
