- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pat butter for each wing
Directions

1Cut off tips of wings and cut wings in halves.

2Place in a single layer in a baking pan.

3Cover with soy sauce to about 1/2 inch.

4Add Worcestershire sauce.

5Place a pat of butter on each. Bake in a slow oven, 300° to 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes, turning at least once.

6Serve as an appetizer, hot or cold.
