- 20 to 24 chicken wings, cut and discard tips
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ginger
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together except chicken.

2Pour over wings in a large bowl.

3Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 1 hour.

4Place drained wings on a baking sheet.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Turn and bake 15 minutes more.
