- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
- 12 cup mirin
- 12 cup apricot juice
- 12 lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- rice vinegar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Combine all ingredients and pour half of the mix over the wings.

3Cover the wings with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

4Remove aluminum foil and broil on high heat until liquid is thick and sticky.
