- 3 lb. chicken wings
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 4 drops Tabasco
Directions

1Cut wings at joints; remove tips and discard.

2Wash and pat dry on paper towel.

3Combine remaining ingredients in 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Arrange wings in single layer in marinade; cover and refrigerate for several hours, turning occasionally.

5Bake, uncovered, at 375° for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, until tender.

6Serve from chafing dish or fondue pot in sauce.
