- 1 1/2 lb. chicken wings
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. peanut oil
- dash of sesame oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. minced ginger
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 3 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Rinse wings; split each into 2 pieces.

2Mix all other ingredients (except cornstarch and water) in a bowl.

3Lay chicken wings in a baking dish and pour mixture over them.

4Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
