- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 5 lb. bag of wings
Directions

1Cut off and discard tips.

2Cut each wing in half.

3Mix water, soy sauce, sugar, pineapple juice, oil, garlic and ginger.

4Pour this mixture over the wings in a large bowl.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Place wings in flat shallow baking pan (about 15 x 10 x 1-inch).

7Bake uncovered in moderate oven (350°) for 45 minutes or until brown.

8Makes 4 to 6 servings.
