- 6 chicken wings
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Directions

1Cut wings in half; discard tips, or save for use in chicken broth.

2Rinse; pat dry with paper towels.

3Pour soy sauce into shallow bowl; set aside.

4In another shallow bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

5Dip chicken in soy sauce; roll in seasoned crumbs, coating evenly.

6Arrange chicken wings, skin side up, in spoke pattern in 9-inch round glass pie plate, placing thickest portions toward outside of plate.

7Cover with paper towels.

9Rotate dish one-quarter turn.

10Cook on High 5 to 7 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
