  • 1 lb. chicken breast
  • 4 to 8 oz. almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1/2 can water chestnuts
  • 2 or 3 black mushrooms or black fungus or tree mushrooms (optional)
  • 6 green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 c. chicken stock
  • 1 small onion (white)

Directions

    Place the chicken breast in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

    When the chicken is firm, remove the skin and cut into thin pieces, about 1/4 x 1-inch or cubes and set aside.
