- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups homemade breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon, i use knorr
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 fresh basil leaves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Halve the chicken breasts to make 4 pieces.

3Dip chicken in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.

4Place on cookie sheet, drizzle with melted butter.

5Cook in oven 20-25 minutes.

6In small saucepan over medium heat evaporated milk, chicken flavor, and flour.

7When mixture thickens add ripped up basil leaves.

8Cook for 1 minute then remove from heat.

9Serve basil sauce drizzled on chicken, or in dipping dishes.
