- 3 whole chicken breasts, split
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. toasted almonds
- 1/2 c. beer
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Combine flour, salt and pepper.

2Skin chicken and dredge with flour mixture.

3Fry in oil until brown.

4Mix soup, soy sauce, beer, 2 tablespoons almonds and mushrooms.

5Place chicken in baking dish and pour the soup mixture over it.

6Bake for 1 hour at 350°, uncovered, basting several times.

7Remove from oven. Sprinkle remaining almonds over the top and serve warm.
