Chicken with Creamy Roasted Poblanos

  • 1 broiler-fryer chicken
  • 1 tub PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 4 large large poblano chiles (1 pound)
  • 4 slice OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham
  • 1 tomato

Directions

    Cook chicken in large skillet on medium heat 10 minutes or until browned on both sides, turning occasionally.

    Cover; cook 10 minutes or until done (165 degrees F).

    Drain any liquid from skillet.

    Stir in cooking cream, milk, chiles and ham; cook, covered, on medium-low heat 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

    Top with tomatoes just before serving.
