  • 28 oz cut green beans
  • 1/4 lb bacon
  • 1 large shallot
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

    In a pan Fry the bacon.

    slice and add shallots.

    Let fry for 2 minutes stirring constantly add garlic.

    Continue to stir

    After 2 minutes add margarine and green beans add salt.

    Let simmer 5 minutes.

    Serve add pepper flakes.
