  • 1 lb. chicken, cooked and broken into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 c. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. tarragon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 c. seedless red grapes (ripe)
  • 1 c. Dijon mustard
  • 2 c. mayonnaise (heavy)

Directions

    Heat up red wine vinegar, tarragon and a little salt and pepper over high heat.

    Cook for 10 minutes.

    Place chicken in bowl and pour red wine vinegar over it.

    Mix well; cover and put in fridge until cooled.

    Add all ingredients together and mix well.
