  • 600 g chicken pieces

  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons spring onions, finely sliced (for garnishing)
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 10 g young ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • 200 g pineapple, 1/2 cm thick wedges
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chili
  • 1 tablespoon light sauce

    Marinate the Chicken pieces with combine Ingredients A in a casserole for 1 hour.
