- 4 chicken breast halves or 2 lb. cut up chicken parts
- 1/3 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
- 2/3 c. uncooked rice
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (mixed or plain)
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
- 1 3/4 c. chicken bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Directions

1Place chicken in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.

2Pour salad dressing over chicken.

3Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 minutes. Add rice, vegetables and 1/2 can of French fried onions around top and under chicken.

4Combine bouillon and Italian seasoning; pour over chicken and vegetables.

5Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until rice is cooked.

6Top with remaining onions and bake 2 to 4 minutes longer.

7Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
