- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 cup mandarin orange, drained
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup blanched snow peas
- 12 cup salted peanuts
- 12 cup raisins
- 12 cup chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
