Chicken With Rice Recipe

  • 10-12 pcs of chicken, cut up
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 cans Campbells soup (1 can cream of chicken, 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 can cream of celery)
  • About 1/2 c. parsley, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • Other herbs & spices, as you wish
  • 1 sm. can mushrooms
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • Large baking pan or possibly lasagna pan

Directions

    Rinse chicken in cool water and dry on paper towels.

    Heat 1 stick of butter.

    In a small bowl, mix the soups.
  4. 4
    Set aside 1 can of the soup mix in a small bowl and add in 1/2 the melted butter.

    To the large bowl of soup mix add in the rest of the butter, the garlic pwdr, the parsley, other herbs and spices, mushrooms and rice.

    Put the soup/rice mix in the pan.

    Place the chicken pcs on top of the rice.

    Spoon over the soup/butter mix.

    Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min.
