  • chicken breast (boneless and skinned; 1 per person)
  • bacon (two slices per chicken breast)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • soy sauce
  • lemon juice
  • parsley

Directions

    Wrap each chicken breast with 2 pieces bacon.

    Crisscross slices of bacon and secure with toothpick.

    Place in rectangular baking pan.

    Season with salt and pepper, lots of soy sauce and lemon juice.

    Sprinkle chopped parsley over top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
