  • 1 box ziti shells
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
  • bunch of broccoli
  • garlic, chopped (in jar or fresh)
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. or more olive oil (if desired)
  • 1 c. Parmesan
  • 1 c. Romano cheese, grated

Directions

    Put olive oil in frying pan to cover chicken (which has been cut into small or medium pieces).

    Also can add oleo to olive oil and add chopped garlic.

    Cook on medium heat until chicken is done. Steam broccoli.

    Cook Ziti shells.

    Add all together with cheese. Ready to eat!
