White Chocolate Raspberry Brie Cups

  • 15 whole Athens Mini Phyllo Shells
  • 1- 1/2 ounce, weight White Chocolate, Chopped Or Shaved
  • 1- 1/2 ounce, weight Brie Cheese, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Raspberry Preserves, Divided
  • 15 whole Raspberries

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Place the phyllo sheets on the baking sheet.

    Place 1 teaspoon of white chocolate in the bottom of each shell.

    Top with a bit of chopped brie.

    Add about 1/2 teaspoon of raspberry preserves on top and bake in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes.

    Remove from oven and top any with leftover raspberry jam.

    Place back in the oven for 1 minute.

    Top each with a whole raspberry.
