White Chocolate Raspberry Brie Cups

- 15 whole Athens Mini Phyllo Shells
- 1- 1/2 ounce, weight White Chocolate, Chopped Or Shaved
- 1- 1/2 ounce, weight Brie Cheese, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Raspberry Preserves, Divided
- 15 whole Raspberries
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2Place the phyllo sheets on the baking sheet.

3Place 1 teaspoon of white chocolate in the bottom of each shell.

4Top with a bit of chopped brie.

5Add about 1/2 teaspoon of raspberry preserves on top and bake in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes.

6Remove from oven and top any with leftover raspberry jam.

7Place back in the oven for 1 minute.

8Top each with a whole raspberry.

9Serve hot.
