- 2 1/2 c. zucchini slices or blanched broccoli
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Arrange zucchini (or broccoli) in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

2Top with chicken.

3Combine soup, milk and nutmeg.

4Spread over chicken.

5Combine Bisquick, cheese and egg.

6Sprinkle over soup. Top with parsley and melted margarine.

7Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
