  • 1 1/4 c. broken uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 to 3 c. chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento
  • 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 small onion, minced
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook spaghetti, using package directions; drain.

    Combine with chicken, pimento, green pepper, onion, soup, broth, salt, pepper and 1 1/4 cups cheese in bowl; mix well.

    Spoon into a 9-inch square baking dish.

    Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
