- 2 c. spaghetti, broken in 2-inch pieces
- 2 c. chicken or turkey, cut into small pieces
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook spaghetti in water just until done (do not overcook). Place chicken, soup, broth, onion, parsley, salt and pepper and half the Cheddar cheese in casserole.

2Mix in drained spaghetti and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

3Bake at 350°, covered, for 45 minutes.

4Best if made early in day and kept in refrigerator until ready to bake.

5Great way to use leftover holiday turkey.
