- 2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 7 oz. spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained
- buttered bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Bone, skin, cook and cube chicken breasts.

2Preheat oven to 300°.

3Saute mushrooms in butter.

4Mix mushrooms, soup, sour cream, water chestnuts and spaghetti together.

5Place in casserole.

6Sprinkle with bread crumbs, then Parmesan cheese. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.

7Freezes well.

8Makes 8 servings.
