  • 2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 7 oz. spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained
  • buttered bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Bone, skin, cook and cube chicken breasts.

    Preheat oven to 300°.

    Saute mushrooms in butter.

    Mix mushrooms, soup, sour cream, water chestnuts and spaghetti together.

    Place in casserole.

    Sprinkle with bread crumbs, then Parmesan cheese. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
