  • 1 garlic clove, whole
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 13 cups large cut pasta

Directions

    Saute garlic and rosemary in oil, until garlic is golden brown.

    Remove garlic from oil.

    Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.

    Simmer 6-7 minutes.

    Add chickpeas and chicken broth.

    Bring to a boil, add pasta and simmer 8-9 minutes more, till pasta is tender.

    Stir occasionally.
