   a well then add egg yolks, water or other choices listed, and

    cup egg whites until stiff but not dry, with 1 teaspoon cream of tartar.

    Fold first mixture into second mixture. Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Tube pan may be used.

    Then bake at 325° for 60 minutes. Ice with your favorite topping.
