  • 1 1/2 packages tortilla
  • 3 bunch jeleapneos
  • 3 bunch tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green tomatoe
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 packages Mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions

    First you wanna tear the tortillas into pieces and fry them into chips put them on paper towel to soak up oil add a pinch of salt.

    Next boil jeleapneos, tomatoes, and the green tomatoe.

    Once all veggies are soft to wear skin os coming off put in blender add the garlic and a slice of onion add a pinch of salt once done put chips in a dry clean pan smoother them with the sauce until chips are soft (with heat on) you can add a small amount of water once chips are soft put on low heat add of the cheese evenly everywhere you can add a lot or a little.

    Cover pan turn off heat and let cheese melt on its own.
