- 2 lb. hamburg
- pkg. of 10 burrito tortillas
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chili beans
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) tomato sauce or tomato soup
- 1 medium diced onion
Directions

1Brown hamburg.

2Fry tortillas in hot oil by flipping over after 3 seconds (or when small bubbles form in the tortilla).

3Mix hamburg, onion, beans and a small amount of cheese together in a bowl.

4Spread a large spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of mixture on tortilla and roll up.

5Place in baking dish until full.

6In same bowl, mix the 3 sauces together, then pour over enchiladas. Spread evenly, then sprinkle over the top.

7Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
