- 10 small yellow squash or 5 medium white squash
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 2 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 tsp. comino (cumin)
Directions

1Slice the squash in 3/16-inch thick slices (my, he's particular, Ed).
