- 3/4 c. white grits
- 3 c. water
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
- dash of paprika
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Bring water to boil; add grits and salt.

3Cook over low heat 2 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add butter and cheese; stir until melted.

4Add seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce.

5Fold in eggs; add chiles.

6Pour into a buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

7Bake for 1 hour.

8Sprinkle with paprika.
