- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. chopped green chiles
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
Directions

1Saute sausage in frying pan, drain.

2Add garlic and onion and saute.

3Add tomatoes, mash and cook down.

4Mix flour and milk into a paste and add to sausage mixture.

5When it is thickened a little, add the chiles, salt and cheese.

6When the cheese has melted, pour the mixture into a chafing dish and serve with tortilla chips.
