- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/8 c. salad oil
Directions

1Cook onions and garlic in oil until softened.

2Drain oil.

3Add remaining ingredients and cook until cheese melts on low heat. Cut cheese in chunks for easier melting.
