  • 12 green chilies
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb monterey jack cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves

    Oven roast chilies.

    Remove skin seeds and stems.

    Place in a blender: peppers, tomatoes, onion, and garlic and blend.

    Pour blended ingredients in a sauce pan on low heat.

    Then add: jack cheese, Velveeta cheese, and cream cheese.

    Stir constantly until melted, then remove from heat -- do not boil.
