  • 1 (4 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, grated
  • 1 (4 oz.) can or 1/2 c. chiles, cut up

Directions

    Mix corn meal, soda and salt.

    Mix corn, oil, milk and eggs. Combine the mixtures.

    Add chiles and cheese; mix well.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350° in greased, uncovered casserole or favorite baking pan.
