- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 lb. chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 lb. asparagus, steamed and cooled
- 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook onions and mushrooms in melted butter until mushrooms are tender.

2Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk. Cook, stirring until thickened, about 8 minutes.
