- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can Niblets corn, partially drained
- 4 oz. elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Brown beef, green pepper and onion in fat.

2Add tomatoes and corn.

3Combine salt, pepper, chili powder, sugar and vinegar. Stir into meat mixture.

4Add macaroni and mix well.

5Turn switch to high until steaming freely, then to low for 30 minutes. Suitable for freezing.
