  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can Niblets corn, partially drained
  • 4 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Brown beef, green pepper and onion in fat.

    Add tomatoes and corn.

    Combine salt, pepper, chili powder, sugar and vinegar. Stir into meat mixture.

    Add macaroni and mix well.

    Turn switch to high until steaming freely, then to low for 30 minutes. Suitable for freezing.
