- 2 Tbsp. strained fried meat grease
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. comino (cumin)
Directions

1Put strained meat grease (bacon, etc.) in heavy skillet and warm. Add the corn and spices. Simmer to thicken corn by about 1/3.

2Stir occasionally to prevent forming a crust on the bottom of the pan.
