Peanut Buster Pudding

  • 2-1/4 qt. milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 qt. JELL-O Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 1-1/2 qt. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 qt. prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping Mix
  • 3 cups peanuts, finely chopped

Directions

    Place milk and peanut butter in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.

    Beat on low speed 15 seconds or until blended.

    Add pudding mix; beat 15 seconds or until moistened.

    Scrape bowl.

    Beat on medium speed 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.

    Spoon 1/4 cup of the pudding into each of 24 (8-oz.)

    parfait glasses (or use 6 parfait glasses for trial recipe).

    Top each with layers of 1/4 cup of the marshmallows, 1/4 cup additional pudding and 2 Tbsp.

    whipped topping; sprinkle with about 1 Tbsp.
