- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent dinner rolls
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chilies, drained
- taco sauce for dipping
Directions

1Lay rolls flat; overlap perforated edge.

2Flatten to 1/16-inch with a lightly floured rolling pin.

3Cut into 2 1/2-inch circles. Combine cheese and green chilies.

4Preheat oven to 375°.

5Place 1 teaspoon cheese mixture off center of each circle.

6Fold closest edge over to cover cheese.

7Fold in both sides, envelope fashion. Roll and place, seam side down, on a baking sheet.

8Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

9Serve immediately with taco sauce.

10Makes 32 miniature rellenos.
