  • 6 Idaho potatoes, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. sweet pickle salad cubes
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 c. mayonnaise-type salad dressing
  • 1/4 c. prepared mustard

Directions

    Cook potatoes in water to cover in saucepan until tender; drain.
