- 5 lb. coarse ground beef
- 1 (64-oz.) can tomato juice
- 1 whole clove of garlic, chopped
- 2 1/2 pkg. chili seasoning (Williams is preferred)
- 3 (15-16 oz.) cans beans (kidney, pinto or your choice)
- salt to taste
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 hands full oatmeal
Directions

1Cook beef until done (does not need to be brown).

2Add tomato juice, salt, sugar, chili seasoning and beans.

3Continue cooking about 20 minutes.

4Add garlic and cook 5 more minutes.

5Add cocoa and oatmeal; cook until oatmeal disappears (about 10 to 15 minutes).
