- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1/3 c. tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of cayenne
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/2 stalk chopped celery
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 can chili beans
- dash of ground cloves
Directions

1Brown meat, onion, celery and green pepper in large pan. Drain off fat by spooning.

2Add the soup, sauce, water and seasoning.

3Simmer 30 minutes with lid ajar.

4Add beans when chili is done; heat through.

5Thin with water if needed.
