  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 (1 lb.) can red beans
  • 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder (approximately)

Directions

    Brown beef and onion.

    In a large saucepan, pour in kidney beans, red beans, tomatoes, bouillon cube, chili powder and red pepper.

    Heat.

    Add browned beef to mixture.

    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer nine hours.
