- 3 large sliced onions
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro
Directions

1Brown meat and onion and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

2Remove from heat and cover.

3Allow to sit for 30 minutes. Return to burner.

4Cover with water and simmer until tender. Add tomato sauce and season with cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper and cilantro.

5Simmer until meat falls apart and flavor develops.
