- 3/4 lb Extra lean ground beef
- 2 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 1 can Chopped stewed tomatoes (15 ounce)
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 2 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 can Pinto beans, drained (15 ounces)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions

1In a large saucepan, cook ground beef, garlic, and onion over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned.

2Drain well.

3Stir tomatoes with liquid, broth, chili powder, cumin, oregano into beef mixture.

4Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer.

5stirring occasionally, for one hour.

6Add pinto beans and salt.

7Cook, stirring for 15 minutes longer.

8Top with shredded cheese, chopped onions and sour cream!
