  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 or 2 cans chili beans
  • 1 chili block or pack of chili-o-mix

Directions

    Brown ground beef, then add diced onion and simmer for a few minutes.

    Add chili block or mix; mix well.

    Add tomatoes and chili beans and approximately 1 can water.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Cook 30 minutes to 1 hour.
